Stanhope House | Carrollton, Mississippi
Tina and Jordaan tied the knot with an intimate ceremony and reception at Stanhope House Bed & Breakfast, a historic venue in Carrollton, Mississippi. Their wedding took place in 2021 and it will forever be one of my favorite weddings. Upbeat and full of love, their wedding day was a true party and celebration of their love story.
About the Bride + Groom
Jordaan is actually from South Africa and made the decision to stay in America during the pandemic to get to know Tina better. This is when Tina knew their relationship was serious and would grow into something more. They truly love being together and open and honest communication is at the forefront of their relationship. When I met them, I could instantly feel that their relationship had a solid foundation.
The First Looks
Tina shared first looks with her bridesmaids (which almost all of her bridesmaids are her sisters), her dad, and, of course, Jordaan.
The Wedding Party
Tina and Jordaan's wedding party was such a blast to be around. They kept the dance floor going and even jumped into the venue's pool towards the end of the reception. It was epic.
The Ceremony
Tina and Jordaan's ceremony was Christ-centered and concluded with a flower exit.
The Wedding Details
Shades of romantic pinks filled Tina and Jordaan's June wedding decor. And, with pampus grass and roses making up the wedding bouquets, it was a nice delicate touch to compliment their wedding design.
The Getaway
Vintage getaway cars always make for a memorable send-off and great pictures. Getting to capture Tina and Jordaan's wedding day was such an honor. One thing I love about my couples is keeping up with them even after their wedding day. Since June 2021, they have welcomed in a little one to their family and are even expecting their second this year.
